A Long Time Coming

Hello again! It has been a long time.

Cambree will be 3 months old on Friday. She is sweet and not crying when she is fed, and not tired, but she does cry a lot. We are hoping as she gets older this will subside. She loves to play on her play mat. She is sleeping through the night now. She loves to chew and suck on three fingers. She is also trying to roll over believe it or not. She recognizes my voice and tries to find me in the crowd. She hates loud noises, so she is miserable when my family gets together, because we are VERY loud.

Kiley is very easy going as always. She loved having her Joggie back for a week, but was VERY sad to see her go. She really enjoyed playing with Bailey. Cambree doesn't allow Kiley to play or even really touch her right now. I hope this will change as Cambree gets older. Kiley sang in church for the first time last week. She did really good, and can't wait to sing again. She is selling balloons for the Bible Club Fund Raiser again this year. She is doing really good this year she has sold 85 and still has 1 month left to sell.

Brett and I are doing well. Brett really likes his new job, and I miss seeing him on my day off. I think he likes having a different day off than me so I can't fill up his time with hunny do's. Well I guess I have rambled long enough. The little girl in the second picture is my sister Jocelyn's baby Bailey Cheyenne, she is 5 months old. The twins in the first picture are my friend Tonya's babies Grace and Layne, and they are 5 months old as well. Yes they all have the same dress on!!!

Made it Through the Holidays!

Hello all! Well we made it through the Holidays. We had a great time in Colorado, and then with my family when we got home. Kiley and Cambree are still pretty worn out, and trying to get back to their normal routine. Brett has begun working at the church and all is well. I think Kiley will have to get use to her Daddy being around a lot more, she doesn't get away with as much as she use to. My younger sister and her family will be here the end of the month, but hopefully this won't upset the girls schedules to much. But the whole family will be together once again, and I'm sure it will be VERY noisy.

Cambree's Update!

Well, we survived our first real doctor's visit. Cambree was just as happy as she could be. She weights 9 lbs. 1 oz. she is 22 1/2 inches long. She is in the 95 percentile for length and 55th for weight. She is just perfect. We are still working on nursing long enough to stay full for 3 hours, but is improving. She had her 2nd Hep B shot, and she really didn't like it. Who does! All is well for now.

Kiley is getting bigger by the minute. She is always happy, singing, and laughing. She loves her little sister, and gives her tons of kisses and hugs. She helped me decorate the Christmas tree last night, and she did a good job putting all the ornaments on the same 5 branches. We are all looking forward the Holidays. We are excited about going to Colorado for Christmas, and seeing all Brett's family. My big sister and her family will be coming for New Years, and then the biggest surprise is my little sister coming the middle of January. I can't wait to kiss and hug her new little one Bailey. That's all for now I will try to post some pictures in the next few days. Take care!

Brett's Big Day!

Well, for those of you who do not know, Brett's last day with Coinstar will be December 19th! He will be embarking on a new adventure in his life. He will be going into full-time ministry at our church as the Youth Director. He has been enrolled at Louisiana Baptist University to get a Bible Degree for several months, now. He will be licensed to preach by our church on December 14th. They will be having a special service in his honor to do this. He will start working at the church on January 5th. YEAH, we are all very excited about this giant step of faith, please pray for our family as we go through the changes this will bring.

The girls both enjoyed Thanksgiving! We had a wonderful day, and ate lots. We hope you all had a good Thanksgiving as well. I have a special request: The doctor that delivered both Kiley and Cambree is a family friend, my heart goes out to them right now their little girl, June, is VERY sick. Please pray for June and her family. Especially pray for Dr. Robbins she is working all day and staying at the hospital all night. We love you all!
